Role: Senior Fertility Nurse
Location: Wales
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + pension + 32 days holiday + life assurance + perk box + training & development + more!
Hours: Full-time or part-time opportunities! Full-time hours working 40-hours per week across 5 days. Weekends and on-call on rotation. Condensed, fixed, or part-time hours will also be considered for the right individual.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and the delivery of fertility treatments including IVF.
Provide compassionate, individualised care to patients throughout their journey—conducting consultations, creating treatment plans, and offering ongoing guidance and support.
Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Embrace ongoing professional development with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and evolving in your role.
What We’re Looking For:
A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with active NMC registration.
Fertility nursing experience is essential.
Ultrasound scanning experience is desirable, though full training will be provided if needed.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced Senior Fertility Nurses and those ready to step up into a senior role.
Candidates from both NHS and private sector backgrounds will be considered.
