He plays an active role in recruitment campaigns, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, challenge assumptions and identify the people who can make a meaningful difference to their organisation.

She supports the strategic and operational development of the business. while drawing on her experience to support campaigns when required.

    What Caroline’s responsible for: Caroline connects talented healthcare professionals with roles across fertility and women’s health where they can make a real difference. She takes the time to understand what both clients and candidates are looking for.

    Caroline is known for: Being personable, adaptable, and driven. Caroline builds genuine relationships with clients and candidates, and is committed to making the right match, not just the quickest one.

  • What Alisha’s responsible for: As our Sales and Marketing Intern, Alisha supports our marketing activity and social media, while contributing to new ideas and tools that help us reach new audiences and grow the Fertility Talent brand.
