Our Fertility Journey
Fertility Talent was founded from our personal experience of fertility treatment. That experience gave us a deeper appreciation of the challenges faced by people trying to build their families and the vital role healthcare professionals play in supporting them.
It was one of the reasons we launched Fertility Talent in 2021, bringing together Stroud Resourcing’s experience in healthcare recruitment with a dedicated focus on fertility and women’s health.

What Guy’s responsible for: As founding Director of Stroud Resourcing and Fertility Talent, Guy brings extensive experience in healthcare recruitment and deep knowledge of the sector. He plays an active role in recruitment campaigns, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, challenge assumptions and identify the people who can make a meaningful difference to their organisation.
