Role: Senior Embryologist
Location: County Durham
Salary: £70,000 + pension + 32 days holiday + life assurance + perk box + training & development + more!
Hours: Full-time, working 40-hours per week across 5 days, Monday-Friday. Part-time hours and condensed days (minimum 4 days per week) will be considered for the right individual.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with the Laboratory Manager and the wider embryology team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring full compliance with HFEA and CQC standards.
Provide outstanding patient-centred care by engaging empathetically with patients throughout their fertility journey, ensuring clear and compassionate communication at every stage.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively contributing to innovation in laboratory practices and supporting the ongoing development and performance of the team.
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified Clinical Embryologist with strong practical experience in fertility treatments.
Proficiency in biopsy procedures is essential.
ICSI training and HCPC registration are desirable but not required.
We welcome ambitious Embryologists looking to advance into a Senior or Deputy Laboratory Manager position.
We welcome candidates from both NHS and private sector backgrounds.
