Role: Fertility Nurse
Location: Northern Ireland
Salary: £45,000 + 24 days annual leave (rising with service) + Bank Holidays + Milestone Birthday leave + Staff discounts on IVF procedures and fertility treatments.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, across Monday – Friday, No Weekend Working or Evenings! Can consider part time hours for the right individual.
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing
Supporting patients through their fertility journeys with compassion and professionalism.
Performing clinical procedures such as IUI, Embryo Transfers, and HyCosy (for senior posts, includes ultrasound scanning).
Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their professional development.
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Playing an active role in quality management and the day-to-day running of the clinic.
What we’re looking for
Registered Nurse or Midwife with active NMC registration.
Experience working within either Fertility or Women’s health with an interest in exploring the fertility sector
Compassionate communicator able to support patients through emotionally sensitive situations.
Strong team player with a commitment to continuous professional development.
