What You’ll Do

· Support patients via calls, emails, and messages

· Explain care pathways clearly and empathetically

· Follow up on non-clinical results and next steps

· Work closely with clinical and ops teams to ensure a smooth experience

· Warm, organised communicator with experience supporting people

· Confident with sensitive conversations

· Passionate about improving women’s health

· Background in healthcare or wellness, ideally women’s health & fertility
