Role: Fertility Nurse
Location: Wales
Salary: £40,000 + pension + 32 days holiday + life assurance + perk box + training & development + more!
Hours: Full-time or part-time opportunities! Full-time hours working 40-hours per week across 5 days. Weekends and on-call on rotation. Condensed, fixed, or part-time hours will also be considered for the right individual.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead the delivery of fertility treatments, including IVF cycles and day-to-day patient care.
Provide warm, personalised support throughout the patient journey—from consultation to treatment and follow-up.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and clinical outcomes.
Take an active role in continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with active NMC registration.
Fertility experience is ideal, but not essential—we welcome candidates from private outpatient settings looking to pivot into fertility care.
Ultrasound scanning experience is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
A genuine interest in women's health and fertility, with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
Candidates from both NHS and independent healthcare sectors are encouraged to apply.
