We provide permanent recruitment services to clients looking to recruit personnel for their businesses.

We collect the information necessary to find suitable job opportunities and assess your eligibility. This includes, but is not limited to:

· CV/resume, employment history, education, skills, and references.
· Sensitive data, such as details of criminal convictions or ethnic origin, only with your explicit consent.
We may also obtain information from third parties, such as clients you apply to, former employers, or publicly available sources (LinkedIn, job boards, corporate websites).
3. How and Why We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
· Match your skills, experience, and qualifications with potential employers.
· Respond to your inquiries and maintain a professional relationship.
· Share job opportunities, career advice, industry updates, and referral opportunities (you can opt out at any time).
· Conduct structured assessments and screening processes (including AI-assisted CV parsing).
You can update your CV at any time; old versions are automatically archived if submitted via the same contact details.
4. AI and Third-Party CV Processing
To improve our recruitment service, we use Paiger, a third-party AI tool, to process candidate CVs.
· What data is processed: Your CV/resume and any recruitment-related information you provide.
· Purpose: To efficiently parse and analyse CV content to match candidates to suitable roles.
· Processors: Paiger acts as a data processor on our behalf. Approved sub-processors, including OpenAI (USA), may be used for temporary CV processing. Data is never used for machine learning outside of your recruitment application.
· Retention: CVs processed via Paiger are retained for 6 months from the last access, after which they are automatically deleted.
· Security: Paiger implements encryption, secure connections, access controls, and other technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
· Your rights: You retain all rights under GDPR. You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data processed via Paiger by contacting us. For more information, you may also review Paiger’s Data Processing Addendum.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide recruitment services. Regular data cleansing ensures accuracy and compliance. Specifically:
· Candidate data is reviewed every 6 years and 1 month.
· AI-processed CV data (via Paiger) is retained for 6 months from last access.
Clients may retain CVs for the roles you apply for and should notify you if they plan to use your data for other purposes.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with:
· Clients for recruitment purposes.
· Service providers (like Paiger) who process CVs on our behalf. These processors are contractually bound to confidentiality, data protection, and security obligations.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on the following lawful bases:
· Legitimate interests: To match candidates to job opportunities and communicate with clients and referees.
· Consent: For processing sensitive personal data or using AI-assisted assessment tools.
If you do not provide necessary personal data or withdraw consent, we may not be able to match you with suitable job opportunities.
8. Automated Decisions
Some assessments may be partially automated (e.g., pre-screening tests, AI-assisted CV parsing). These are always conducted with your explicit consent. Personality profiling is also conducted only with consent.

10. Data Transfer Outside the EEA
Except as noted with AI sub-processors, your data is processed within the UK or EEA. CV data processed by OpenAI is temporarily processed in the USA but is not stored or used for other purposes.

· Lodge a complaint: With the ICO if you believe your data is mishandled.

Requests are usually handled free of charge within one month. Excessive or repeated requests may incur a reasonable fee.
