Role: Senior Fertility Nurse
Location: Southwest England
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + pension + 32 days holiday + life assurance + perk box + training & development + more!
Hours: Full-time or part-time opportunities! Full-time hours working 40-hours per week across 5 days. Weekends and on-call on rotation. Condensed, fixed, or part-time hours will also be considered for the right individual.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing IVF clinic in the Southwest of England, currently undergoing significant investment to enhance its services and facilities. As a Senior Fertility Nurse, you’ll be part of a passionate, experienced team committed to providing outstanding patient care, using the latest technologies in a modern clinical setting.
Your Role Will Involve:
Supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the fertility service, ensuring smooth delivery of treatments and a positive patient experience.
Building meaningful relationships with patients—handling consultations, developing personalised treatment plans, and offering consistent support throughout their journey.
Collaborating with an expert multidisciplinary team to uphold best practices and contribute to service development.
Continuing to develop your own knowledge and expertise, with full support and ongoing training provided.
What We’re Looking For:
A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with active NMC registration.
Fertility nursing experience is essential.
Ultrasound scanning experience is desirable but not required—full training can be provided.
Ideal for a current Fertility Nurse ready to take the next step into a senior role.
Experience from both the NHS and private sector will be considered.
