Role: Theatre Scrub Nurse (RGN)

Location: Southwest England

Salary: £36,000 + pension + 32 days holiday + life assurance + perk box + training & development + more!

Hours: Full-time or part-time opportunities! Full-time hours working 40-hours per week across 5 days. Weekends and on-call on rotation. Condensed, fixed, or part-time hours will also be considered for the right individual.

As a Scrub Nurse (RGN), you’ll play an important role in a dedicated theatre team, specialising in fertility procedures. Expect friendly shift patterns, no risk of overrunning theatre lists, and the chance to develop niche skills in a field that changes lives every day.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the theatre department, working alongside a passionate team focused on excellence and empathy.

  • Providing patient-centred care throughout fertility-related surgical procedures.

  • Mentoring junior staff, sharing your knowledge, and helping grow the next generation of theatre professionals.

  • Being a vital part of a collaborative and supportive team culture, where communication and compassion go hand in hand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.

  • UK scrub experience within any surgical specialty – fertility experience is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided).

  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
