What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic’s facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

  • Manage external contractors, negotiating and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for facility improvements and maintenance schedules.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in facilities management, property operations, or building services.

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and excellent contractor management skills.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritising tasks independently.

  • Desirable but not essential: Membership of IWFM or certification from IOSH, and experience in a healthcare setting.
