Location: Southwest England
Salary: £75,000 + pension + 32 days holiday + life assurance + Perkbox + training & development + more!
Hours: Full-time, working 40 hours per week across 5 days. Weekends and on-call on rotation.
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing
Work closely with the laboratory Manager and the wider embryology team to ensure all clinical procedures are performed accurately, ethically and in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.
Play an active role in the patient journey - offering clear, empathetic communication and support throughout treatment.
Contribute to the clinics continuous improvement by championing professional development and operational excellence..
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
What we’re looking for
A qualified Clinical Embryologist with strong hands-on experience in fertility treatments.
Biopsy training is essential.
ICSI experience and HCPC registration are desirable but not essential.
Prior experience as a Deputy Lab Manager is advantageous, through applications from experienced Senior Embryologists ready to take the next step are also welcome.
Background in both independent sector and NHS will be considered.
