 Full-time, working 40 hours per week across 5 days. Weekends and on-call on rotation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with the laboratory Manager and the wider embryology team to ensure all clinical procedures are performed accurately, ethically and in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.

  • Play an active role in the patient journey - offering clear, empathetic communication and support throughout treatment.

  • Contribute to the clinics continuous improvement by championing professional development and operational excellence..

  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

What we’re looking for

  • A qualified Clinical Embryologist with strong hands-on experience in fertility treatments.

  • Biopsy training is essential.

  • ICSI experience and HCPC registration are desirable but not essential.

  • Prior experience as a Deputy Lab Manager is advantageous, through applications from experienced Senior Embryologists ready to take the next step are also welcome.

  • Background in both independent sector and NHS will be considered.
