Role: Senior Embryologist
Location: Caribbean
Salary: £70,000 + 20 days annual leave + 12 bank holidays + private health insurance + relocation assistance including first month’s rent and travel costs covered
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 3:30, and weekend rotation
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing
Independently perform advanced embryology and andrology procedures, ensuring top-tier patient care and laboratory quality.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and high-performing laboratory culture.
Support the Laboratory Manager in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and contribute to quality management activities.
What we’re looking for
BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences, Reproductive Sciences, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated competency in core embryology including IUI and ISCI
Must be proficient in performing PGT embryo biopsy procedures
Strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and excellent communication skills.
